Just what I needed
I wanted a resistance band to help me keep good form during squats and Romanian deadlifts. This band was much better than the elastic bands I've used in the past. Aside from being wider, the material is sturdier and offers better support for me. I'm glad I bought it!

Durable and stretchy
The hip resistance band helps me with my hip and leg strengthening exercises. I love the material and durability of this product. It doesn't roll and get pinch like most exercise bands.
